RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

GluteBuilder sincerely hopes that you will be satisfied with any Product(s) you purchase from us, however, please make a note of our Refund & Replacement Policy. 

Please contact us by email at info@glute-builder.com if you wish to request a return or replacement of your order. Upon receipt of a request for a return and/or replacement, GluteBuilder will review the request and determine if it is approved. GluteBuilder will then notify you of its decision. If a return or exchange has been authorized, you will be issued a return label for your package and informed of the return costs and any further instructions required to return or replace your Product.

GluteBuilder offers returns and/or replacements in the following scenarios:

Shipped but Unreceived Products. If the Product has shipped but you have not yet received it, and have decided you do not want the item, you must request a refund before receiving such order. If approved, you may receive a refund of the original sales price, minus a ten (10%) percent restocking fee. You will be responsible for packaging and shipping costs in both directions.

Received Products with No Defect. If the Product arrives in good condition and has no apparent defect, but you decide you do not want the item, you may request a refund of the original sales price, minus a twenty-five (25%) percent restocking fee. You will be responsible for packaging and shipping costs in both directions, which will also be deducted from the amount refunded if paid for by GluteBuilder. Returns of this nature must be requested within fourteen (14) days of you receiving the item and shipped to us within fourteen (14) days of approval.

Received Damaged Product. If a Product arrives damaged, you may request a replacement for the damaged part(s) or arrange a replacement Product, depending on the severity of the damage. In order to receive a replacement free of charge, you report the damage within 7 days of receipt of the Product and you must include photos of the damage and outside packaging. If you receive a Product that shows any damage to the outside packaging, it should be signed for as “damaged”, where possible. If you report any damage to us after 7 days of receiving the Product, or do not provide photos of the damaged parts and packaging, we will need to charge you for the replacement parts and the associated shipping costs.

Any return or replacement request is further subject to the following conditions:

The Product must not have been used and there must be no visible signs of wear or usage of the Product.

The Product must be in the original packaging, in exactly the same condition as it was shipped to you.

Risk of loss related to the product is your responsibility until it reaches our return location.

Please note that GluteBuilder requires a full, correct shipping address at the time of ordering and we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions on your part. Please check all of the details of your order very carefully before completing the checkout process. If an incorrect address is entered, you will be responsible for all and any additional shipping costs in both directions and will not be eligible to receive a refund, unless otherwise authorized.

If a Product arrives in good condition, and later fails due to a manufacturer’s structural defect, a return or replacement may be available in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
