It’s significantly shorter than standard olympic bars, saving training space required and makes hip thrust more stable.

It has a thicker diameter, which spreads the load more effectively and makes for hip thrusts and glute bridges a more comfortable exercises.

It has no sides knurling to prevent short resistance bands from wearing and tearing out when used along with the barbell.

The GLUTEBUILDER® Barbell holds standard Olympic plates (inside diameter of 2″).
